1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. What we offer
Farm House Dairy Farm provides cow-shed construction, dairy cattle sales, Napier grass and fodder products, and farmer training services. All descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change and are confirmed only after direct communication with us.
3. Orders and quotations
Orders for cattle, shed construction, or fodder are confirmed only after we agree terms in writing (WhatsApp, email, or signed quotation) and receive any required deposit. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
4. Payments
We accept payment methods agreed at the time of order, including mobile money and bank transfer where applicable. Full payment terms are set out in each invoice or quotation.
5. Delivery and site visits
Delivery dates and site-visit schedules are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, road conditions, or other factors outside our control. We will keep you informed of any changes.
6. Animal health and welfare
We make every reasonable effort to ensure animals are healthy at the time of sale. Buyers are encouraged to inspect animals before purchase. Animal welfare and transport arrangements are the buyer's responsibility once the animal leaves our farm unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Farm House Dairy Farm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products and services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, the courts of Kenya.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
